AUTORALI provides services to generate legally valid evidence in the signatory countries of the Berne Convention (https://wipolex.wipo.int/en/treaties/ShowResults?search_what=C&treaty_id=15)
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide to us. When registering or using the AUTORALI Services, we collect personal information provided by you. For example, when you create an AUTORALI account, you may provide us with your name, account name, nickname, employment-related information (if you are using an employer business account), email address and a password, your telephone number, your address and an electronic image of your signature (“Account Information”).
You may provide us with personal information about other individuals when you use our Service, such as when you send or receive a workflow signature/transaction request, share information about such transactions, or ask others to electronically sign documents (“Your Content ”). You may also provide us with access to your contacts (“Contacts”) to facilitate activities such as sharing and collaborating with others, sending messages and inviting others to use the Services. Contact information may include personal information, such as a real name, nickname, or email address. If you share your contracts with us, we will store these contacts on our servers for you to use.
Information we collect automatically. We collect information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take on your account (such as sharing, editing, viewing, creating and signing documents (“Usage Information”). We use this information to provide, improve and promote our Services and protect AUTORALI users. We also collect information from and about the devices with which you access the Services. This includes your IP addresses, unique personal identifiers or online identifiers, the type of browser and device you use, the web sites you visited prior to accessing our websites and identifiers associated with your devices (“Device Information”). Depending on how you configure them, your devices may also transmit information about your location to the Services. For example, we use device information to detect abuse and identify and resolve bugs.
Information we collect from third parties. We may share and/or collect additional information about you from third parties primarily to help us understand how we can maintain and improve the services we offer to better serve you. Advertising: We use certain Google advertising features, including Google Analytics demographics and interest and remarketing reports. Third party providers, including Google, may display AUTORALI advertisements on websites on the Internet. You can unsubscribe at any time here (adssettings.google.com/). We and third-party providers, including Google, use first-party cookies and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize and serve ads based on someone’s previous visits to our website.
Mobile: We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, events that occur within the application, aggregate usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store in the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the app.
Information we collect and process on your behalf. The use of information collected through our service will be limited to the purpose for which you contracted AUTORALI. When you use our Services, we process and store certain information on your behalf as a data processor. For example, when a customer uploads documents for review or signature, we act as a data processor and process information on the customer’s behalf and in accordance with the customer’s instructions. In this situation, the customer is the data controller and is responsible for most aspects of information processing. AUTORALI acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. AUTORALI has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual seeking access or attempting to correct, amend or delete data must
direct your questions to AUTORALI customers (data controller). If data removal is requested, we will respond within a reasonable time. If you have questions or concerns about how information is processed in these cases, including how to exercise your rights as a data subject, we recommend contacting the relevant customer.
We do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use the information we collect through our products for a variety of reasons, including to:
provide, improve, protect and promote our products and services;
set your accounts;
send you records of use of the service, including for purchases or other events;
understand how you use our products and personalize your experience;

We also collect and use personal data for our legitimate business needs. Other Users: Our Services display information such as your name, profile picture, device, email address and usage information to other users with whom you collaborate or choose to share. When you register your AUTORALI account with an email address on a domain owned by your employer or organization, we can help employees find you and your team by making some basic information — such as your name, team name, photo profile and email address — visible to other users on the same domain. This helps you sync with teams you can join and helps other users share files and documents with you.
If you choose to accept updates or marketing from AUTORALI, we will send you an email with updates and offers or let you know about other services and features.
Where we have no legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize that information or, if that is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup files), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it. them from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Any person who provides their information to AUTORALI through the Account Login page for new customers, Registration Page or any other part of the AUTORALI Site declares to AUTORALI that he or she is of legal age (18 years or older or the legal age in your resident jurisdiction) is competent to agree to these Terms. We will delete any information that we discover has been collected from a minor without the permission of their parent or legal guardian.
